Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we are currently only delivering in India, International shipping coming soon!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Right now, shipping is FREE! During our grand opening, shipping is on us.  

How Long Will Shipping Take?
In most cases items will be delivered within 4-5 working days. Processing takes 24-48 hours and then once it’s shipped out, it should be one week or less to your door. Please keep in mind, if you order after 12pm on Friday, your order will not process until Monday.

I Ordered More Than One Item, and Only Received One Or Part Of The Package. Why Is That?
We currently have multiple places for fulfillment, so all of our items do not ship from the same place. If you only receive part of your bundle, hang tight, the rest are on the way.

I Places An Order But I Didn’t Receive A Confirmation Email … What’s Going On?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I Want To Change My Order / Address, Can I?
Please tell us as soon as possible. You can either email us at support@noova.in and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed within hours after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?
We only see the same tracking information as you. Sometimes it takes the carrier a day or two to scan your package when it arrives at another location. Wait 12 hours and check again. If you have concerns, please contact us and we will take care of you.

Can I Exchange/Return An Item?
You can exchange an item. Most likely you will be seeing shipping fees though as the free shipping is good for the first shipment out.
